Flat Fee Schedule

• Writing and placing ad in the Napa Register for two weeks
• Showing property on a group basis twice a week
• Providing tenant application forms
• Providing credit bureau reports on top two applicants
• Providing California Association of Realtors rental contracts
• Writing rental contract in conjunction with owner
• Providing condition of property form

Fee:

• $400.00 for properties with gross monthly rent up to $1500
• $500.00 for properties with gross monthly rent up to $3000
• Other properties to be determined on an individual basis

Discount Fee Service

• Flat Fee Service plus:
• Collecting rent on a monthly basis and forwarding to owner
• Notifying tenant and owner if rent is late
• Being 24 hour contact for problems with property
• Relaying property problems to owner

Fee:

• Flat Fee Service Charge plus 6% of gross monthly rent (whether rented or not) payable monthly in advance
