Jeanne is the Administrative Assistant for the Green Valley Associates Office. She is responsible for the organization, scheduling, maintenance and oversight of all support functions for GVA. Prior to joining GVA Jeanne worked for 17 years for Our Familiy, Inc. as an Assistant Program Coordinator for the Adult and Juvenile Programs and as Food Services Director. She was responsible for functioning and oversight of residential drug and alcohol treatment programs for juveniles and adults. She also was responsible for the function of the Program kitchen, including supervision of staff and clients, ordering, stocking, receiving and inventory. Jim Estep - Marketing Manager Jim is responsible for GVA's web development, creation of advertising media and escrow coordinator for the "For Sale By Owner" properties. Jim has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in web development, human resource development, high stakes communications, business reorganization, operations management and marketing.  His entire career has been spent in operations and financial management for multiple industries including Banking, Mortgage Lending, Consumer Lending, Food Services, Manufacturing and Distributing.  Jim has a broad organizational perspective and a solid understanding of organizational systems.  The center of his practice is to design and drive the implementation of programs that increase sales and profitability, provide organizations with scalability, and institutionalize organizational culture and methodology. Kim Cappelle - Sales Manager Kim Cappelle is a licensed Real Estate Professional and Realtor.  She is a member of the North Bay association of realtors, California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Kim has been with Green Valley Associates since April of 2005. Kim is currently Green Valley Associates Sales Manager and Escrow Transaction Coordinator.  She is responsible for overseeing Customer Service, agent support and recruiting. Kim brings to Green Valley Associates her background as a general building contractor and small business owner.  As a general contractor since 1992, Kim was closely involved with the real estate community.  She is currently an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Napa.
